Returns Policy

Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt. Items must be without wear and in original packaging as shipped. Initiate a return by filling out our contact form. All engraved or custom pieces are final sale. Shipping charges of EUR 25 or GBP 20 will be deducted from the customer. All return shipments must be insured for the full amount and shipped back via DHL.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment.

All returns must be accompanied by an invoice and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Engraved and Custom designs are final sale.

You must use the generated return label provided on the parcel. Any return(s) made without pre-approval and the authorized return label from Customer Service will not be accepted. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.

  • Custom/engraved pieces: final sale, not eligible for return/refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
